The members of the 2010 Vietnam Trip have returned to Cupertino. It was a very rewarding and productive stay, and with your help, we greatly improved the lives of the children at the Xuan Phu children's shelter. Furthermore, for the first time ever, the MVFHF members traveled to other orphanages and shelters around Hue, and we hope to support them in the coming years.

Our Accomplishments in Hue:

-helped build a house in the city
-built and planted four gardens within the orphanage
-traveled to three other Hue orphanages to donate hundreds of backpacks and 3 medical kits
-painted and renovated a rural kindergarten on the outskirts of Hue
-paid for two bus trips with the children of the orphanage
-paid for and helped design yearbooks for the children

Words cannot describe how proud we are as a group and of MVFHF to have accomplished all of the activities above in just over three weeks and with a budget of just under $3,000. Without our members and donors, none of this would have been possible. Thank you so much to you guys for your support, and we hope to see you next year!
